DLA’s German ally Gorg has landed the chief advisory role in the insolvency of KirchMedia, the largest corporate failure to hit Germany in decades.
Leading the Gorg team is name partner Klaus Hubert Gorg who is advising KirchMedia on its restructuring and is likely to be appointed the administrator in the event of any future KirchGroup insolvencies.
