More than 90% of senior UK partners expect their firm’s total fee income to rise during the next 12 months, as research by Legal Week shows business confidence among commercial lawyers to be on the rise after the economic gloom of last year.

The latest Big Question quarterly survey of business confidence among law firm leaders shows 91% of respondents believe their firm’s total fee income will increase during the next 12 months. The figure is up from 78.5% in the same survey in January and up from 74% in our poll taken just after the 11 September attacks.
