Manchester sets 24A and 28 St John Street have agreed to merge to create an 80-tenant commercial and common law set – becoming the first ‘superset’ in the city.
The two chambers voted to merge in principle on 18 March. A steering group comprising delegates from both chambers has now been set up to settle the details.
