Martineau Johnson has signed up for a flagship development in the heart of Birmingham’s professional services sector, securing the Midlands firm one of the most highly sought after developments in the city.
The firm, which currently has 50,000 sq ft of floor space spread across two separate buildings in St Philips Place, is to move to a 74,000 sq ft development in 1 Colmore Square, a new prestige office block due for completion in 2004.
