Simmons wired up for litigation case

simmons Simmons & Simmons has bagged a high profile patent litigation case and a brand new multinational client after being instructed by South Korean electronics giant LG Electronics.

The firm, led by partner Jeremy Morton, is advising LG on a High Court patent infringement claim against UK laptop manufacturer Elonex.
