The National Health Service Litigation Authority (NHSLA) has launched a pilot scheme to fast-track smaller clinical negligence claims.
A pilot panel of 10 law firms has been chosen to deal with the claimant side of a total of 100 suitable clinical negligence claims using a method devised by Resolve, a company set up by after-the-event insurance specialists Litigation Protect.
