City giants act on £1.2bn drinks deal

Allen & Overy (A&O) is advising Finnish drinks company Oyj Hartwall Abp on its £1.2bn take-over by Linklaters’ client Scottish & Newcastle.

The magic circle firm is acting alongside Finnish lead counsel Hannes Snellmann, with A&O providing advice for Hartwall on international and structuring issues.
