Midlands giant Wragge & Co has scored a major new US client in the shape of Fortune 500 automotive systems group Johnson Controls.
Wragges was appointed the company’s preferred UK legal adviser in January after a long-running competitive tender process. The firm will handle all of Johnsons’ UK legal work, including corporate, outsourcing, property and construction for Johnsons’ four UK companies, which have a combined turnover of £745m.
