General counsel at the UK’s leading companies are unhappier than ever before with the fees charged by their external law firms.
In a survey of 100 heads of legal conducted by Legal Week’s sister title Legal Director nearly one in four (24%) said they were dissatisfied with the bills they had received from their legal advisers in the past year.
