Levels of dissatisfaction with law firm fees are higher than ever, according to this month’s Legal Director Benchmarker survey.
The 2002 fees survey in association with Eversheds reveals that almost one quarter of heads of legal are dissatisfied with their law firm fees. This compares with 21% last year and just one in 10 who said that they were dissatisfied in 1999.
