The Council of Bars and Law Societies of the European Union (CCBE) has begun the first major attempt to extend agreed principles of corporate social responsibility to legal advisers.
The CCBE this month called on the major bars in the EU’s 15 member states to produce submissions as the first step to forging an international code for legal advisers on social responsibility issues.
