Labour mobility among senior US lawyers hit record highs in last year’s turbulent market as research published this month shows partner movement at the US’s top firms up 30% on the previous year.
Data compiled by The American Lawyer for partner level arrivals and departures in 2001 shows that more than 2,400 partners made lateral moves among the US’s top 200 firms.
