SJ Berwin has advised a syndicate of investors, jointly led by Kenneth Capital and Cazenove Private Equity, on a £22.2m investment in Clearswift and the subsequent acquisition of Content Technologies from Baltimore Technologies. Corporate partners Steve Davis and Andrew Harris led the SJ Berwin team with Norton Rose, led by corporate partner Alan Crookes, advising Clearswift. Lovells, led by Nigel Read, advised Baltimore.
Herbert Smith has advised JP Morgan on a $100m (£71m) secured revolving credit for Intrepid Energy North Sea and certain of its
