Simmons & Simmons and its Dutch suitor Nolst Trenite will vote on their merger this month in a bid to integrate financially on 1 May.
The two firms announced their merger talks in October last year as part of Simmons’ project to build a pan-European corporate practice to compete with its City rivals.
