Rowe & Maw is in line to inherit the lion’s share of the legal work from newly-merged accountancy firm Baker Tilly at the expense of Pinsent Curtis Biddle.
The firm, led by head of professions Richard Linsell, has just advised Baker Tilly on its merger with HLB Kidsons, creating the eighth-largest accountancy firm in the UK.
