Southwest firm Morgan Cole has lost a partner from its Cardiff office. Insurance litigation partner David Stewart has resigned from the 86-partner national firm to pursue a career outside of the law.

“I have had enough of the law for the time being,” he said. “I think that the golden age for solicitors has passed and the silver age has passed as well.”
