Prudential’s decision not to add any regional firms to its property investment panel, Pru-PIM, raised more than a few eyebrows in the world of real estate.

After publicly floating the possibility of adding one or more regional firms to the panel, the Pru’s Bob Allen, who implemented and led the review, instead decided to stick with his usual three City advisers: Lovells, Berwin Leighton Paisner (BLP) and CMS Cameron McKenna.
