Linklaters first to employ DealBuilder

Linklaters has become the first major law firm to install Business Integrity’s document automation system DealBuilder.

The system, originally devised by IT law firm Tarlo Lyons, acts as a drafting tool and enables lawyers, paralegals or clients to generate legal documents from automated master documents.
