Taylor Joynson Garrett (TJG) is on the verge of securing a radical merger deal with German firm Wessing that would transform the City firm into a leading cross-border corporate TMT specialist.
TJG managing partner Gary Moss and Wessing management committee member Wolfgang Rehmann both confirmed the talks, which are taking place under an exclusivity agreement.
