Norton Rose has expanded its capital markets practice with the appointment of two senior assistants to its international securities group.
Simon Porter joins the firm from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer while Jacqueline Cheng moves from the Hong Kong office of US firm Debevoise & Plimpton. The hires follow the recruitment last year of Christian Parker and Rudiger Litten as capital markets partners in London and Frankfurt respectively.
