Simmons raids Haarmanns to boost German arm

Simmons & Simmons has boosted its German practice with the hire of M&A specialist Franz-Josef Schoene for its Duesseldorf base.

Schoene joins Simmons from leading independent German firm Haarmann Hemmelrath & Partner, where he has been an equity partner since 1997.
