Linklaters, Allen & Overy (A&O), Denton Wilde Sapte and Clifford Chance were among the winners in Royal Bank of Scotland’s (RBS) eight-month panel review for high value transactional work.

The four firms, which were all advisers to NatWest before its take-over by RBS in 2000, join a formalised panel of 24 firms approved to handle high value work across corporate, structured finance and financial markets (see list below).
