DJ Freeman fends off negligence case

DJ Freeman has successfully defended itself against negligence proceedings brought by a former client.

The High Court awarded judgment in favour of the firm and Preston-based barrister Roy Burgess after private clients Jeremy and Joan Shirley alleged that the lawyers were negligent in relation to property advice given three years ago.
