KLegal has pledged to step up its
European expansion in the wake of its merger agreement with top Scots firm McGrigor Donald.
The accountancy-tied firm is setting up a 10-member board, comprising representatives from all member firms of KPMG’s European network to be overseen by McGrigors senior partner Robert Glennie, who will concentrate on building the firm’s European strategy.
