KLegal’s London head, Nick Holt, has taken the top UK management job following the firm’s merger with McGrigor Donald, although the management spoils have been divided evenly between the two parties.
The merger was formally signed off on Tuesday (11 December) by KLegal’s parent KPMG after a vote by both the 56-partner McGrigors and KLegal on Friday (7 December) backed the deal.
