Dorsey & Whitney has become the latest US firm to secure a Japanese joint venture. The Minneapolis-based firm has forged an alliance with three-partner firm Kyo Sogo Law Offices, which has been set up specifically to form a tie-up.
Two partners, Kozo Toyama and Noriko Higashizawa, both join the joint venture from Konaka Toyama & Hosoya.
