Clifford Chance restarts Singapore bid to form Wong link

Clifford Chance (CC) has resumed talks with the Wong Partnership after calling off their planned Singapore joint venture following the loss of its top partner Lee Suet Fern last year.

The dramatic u-turn, 18 months after the firms gave up the link, is the result of CC finding no other top Singapore local firm with which to build a joint venture.
