Allen & Overy (A&O) has hired a new partner for its Madrid office to establish and head its Spanish tax practice. Carlos Albinana joins the firm’s five-partner Madrid office from Clifford Chance where he worked as a senior tax associate.
“Albinana’s appointment will be sufficient to plug the gap in our Madrid tax practice,” said Graham Donnell, managing partner of A&O’s Madrid office.
