Sidleys advises on record Italian deal

Sidley Austin Brown & Wood has advised on the largest Italian non-performing loan securitisation deal in a boost to the US firm’s profile in European structured finance.

The firm advised Morgan Stanley Real Estate Funds (MSREF) on the e1bn (£622m) securitisation.
