ING Barings: Michael Amos has been appointed head of markets in London. Amos, who has been with HSBC’s derivatives group for one year, will be responsible for legal support given to the bank’s fixed income and equity trading operations. He will join in January and report to head of legal, Adrian Marsh.
JP Morgan Chase: the financial services giant has hired former head of derivatives legal at Deutsche Bank Michael Hamill. Hamill, who left the bank in September 2000, will advise on derivative matters across all asset classes.
