DLA completes Sensing deal for Spirent

DLA The Manchester office of DLA has advised Spirent on the UK elements of the $220m (£157m) multi-jurisdictional sale of its Sensing Solutions division to a company formed by GE Industrial Systems.

GE Industrial Systems, a division of US utilities giant General Electric, purchased Sensing Solutions in a deal agreed in September and completed on 9 November.
