Law firms go to great lengths these days to make training fun for their assistants, and as always, our good friends at Eversheds are well ahead of the game.
Last week the firm launched its newest training tool, the Eversheds Employment Challenge. It is based on that game Monopoly – you know the one, it’s the family number that goes on for hours and always ends up with somebody having a tantrum and throwing the board onto the floor.
In the Eversheds version, players line up their pieces on a board and progress from square to square by answering a series of questions on, er, employment law.
