Birmingham giant concentrates staff in existing base as firm expansion slows down

Birmingham giant Wragge & Co has ditched plans to move from its current accommodation for the foreseeable future as the firm scales down its long-standing strategy of growth in favour of consolidation.
Instead, the firm will concentrate all of its 1,160 staff at its current base in Colmore Row. Wragges recently reclaimed 45,000 sq ft of space formerly sub-let to Direct Line and is investing £2m in refurbishing the office.
