Denton Wilde Sapte has staked a claim as the City’s premier practice for fashion deals after advising shoe designer Jimmy Choo in the sale of a 50% interest to a private equity-backed company.
The deal follows hard on the heels of the firm’s lead role for Alexander McQueen on the sale of a controlling interest in his company to Gucci earlier this year. The value of the transaction was undisclosed.
