Linklaters has restarted merger talks with De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek six months after the Dutch firm suspended all talks on full integration with its City ally.
In an internal statement released to Legal Week the two firms said they now intended to work towards a merger following a period of working together on “an amicable basis”.
