Taylor Joynson Garrett (TJG) partner Martin Baker has helped advise the Chinese Government on how to restructure its trade laws to comply with its entry into the World Trade Organisation (WTO).
Baker and a team of lawyers from around the world, who were instructed through the Asian Development Bank, were advising China on more than 570 trade rules that need to be revised following China’s official acceptance into the WTO on 10 November.
