Rowe & Maw and Mayer Brown & Platt are set to formalise their merger within the next two weeks as the management of both firms finalise the structure and financial arrangements of the merged firm.
The firm will be known as Mayer Brown Rowe & Maw both in the UK and the US and Legal Week understands that a formal announcement could be made as soon as next week.
