Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer has officially announced the appointment of four new partners to its Milan office. As Legal Week revealed on 9 August corporate and M&A partner Massimo Benedettelli, property specialist Marzio Longo, securities and banking partner Bruno Castellini and tax partner Renato Paternollo are all joining from Italian firm Chiomenti.
“There has been enormous growth in the Italian market and we have been keen to expand our team there,” said Anthony Salz, Freshfields joint senior partner.
