US firm White & Case has acquired the Prague office of Beiten Burkhardt Mittl & Wegener just weeks ahead of the German firm’s agreed merger with the legal arm of big five accountant KPMG.
Beitens managing partner Jack Schiffer confirmed that the six-year-old Prague office would not be joining KPMG.
