Weil Gotshal & Manges has secured its first UK corporate instruction from WestLB, advising it on the acquisition of JBB (Greater Europe) through a new management buy-out vehicle.
Kyndal International – the buy-out vehicle – acquired JBB for £200m in what was Scotland’s largest management buy-out to date.
