At the time of the 11 September terrorist attacks we had 600 people at the World Trade Centre in Tower One, occupying floors 55 through 59. Fortunately for us the planes hit a little bit before our official opening hours so we did not have the entire workforce present at the time, but we did have lots of information systems people and lots of staff people in.

They had previous experience of having to evacuate with no notice, as some of them had been through a similar experience in 1993 when a car bomb went off at the World Trade Centre.
