The Birmingham office of Pinsent Curtis Biddle has boosted its M&A capacity with the appointment of Martineau Johnson corporate partner Linda Crow to its corporate department.
Crow, who will specialise in stock exchange and major M&A work, will join the firm on 19 November. She has been with Martineau Johnson for three years, joining as a partner from Shrewsbury firm Lanyon Bowdler.
