Hammond Suddards Edge has made its first senior corporate hire for its Midlands practice since its take-over last year of Edge Ellison, with the appointment of Pinsent Curtis Biddle equity partner Amanda Allen.
Allen, a respected lawyer in the Midlands corporate scene, has been at Pinsents for more than 10 years. She heads the firm’s automotive team and also leads Pinsents’ initiative to target US corporations.
