Pinsent Curtis Biddle is set to establish its long-awaited Manchester office with the hire of four corporate partners from north west firm Chaffe Street.
Banking partners Chris Lumsden will join private equity specialists Sean Fitzgerald, Paul Johnson and Anna Whetham, to form the core of Pinsents’ Manchester office in the New Year. All four are set to join the national firm as partners and will be backed by lawyers from the firm’s existing regional offices in Leeds and Birmingham.
