Birmingham firm Putsmans has announced it is to merge with local rival Willcox Lane Clutterbuck, creating a new 21-partner firm under the name Putsman.wlc.
The merger will be completed on 1 November after six months of discussion. The new firm will employ more than 220 staff and will have an estimated turnover of £10m, continuing to operate from the existing offices of the two firms in Birmingham.
