Clifford Chance (CC) has won a multi-billion pound US power giant as a new client after being selected to advise Ohio-based American Electric Power on its first European deal.
The deal, worth £650m, is the acquisition by American Electric of two UK-based coal-fired power stations from Edison Mission Energy.
