Finers Stephens Innocent is losing one of its senior partners to commercial firm Goodman Derrick. Richard Gerstein will join Goodman Derrick’s litigation team at the beginning of 2002.
Gerstein was managing partner of Finers before it merged with Stephens Innocent in December 1999. He then became head of litigation within the merged firm.
