Niche corporate immigration firm Magrath & Co has successfully fought a claim for racial discrimination brought by a former assistant.
An employment tribunal last week found against Gillian Blavo, who said she had suffered racial discrimination by Magraths after the firm terminated her employment in its immigration practice at the end of a six month probationary period between May and September 2000.
