The Bar is going through its most testing time. Against its will, internal and external forces are forcing it to evolve and re-orient itself. By the time today’s undergraduates reach chambers, it could be a different profession. How different depends on how it responds to the challenges it faces.
Despite some of the gloomier forecasts, this does not mean it is about to disappear.
