New York firm Paul Weiss Rifkind Wharton & Garrison has pledged to build ‘best-friend’ relationships with a trio of top City firms following the launch next month of its US law London office.
Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Herbert Smith and Ashurst Morris Crisp have been named as preferred referrals firms with Paul Weiss, seeking to reach informal agreements with all three firms on future co-operation.
